Our Mission

Performance Quest is an innovative integrative practice that brings together a multi-disciplinary team of senior professionals in consulting, training, coaching, and focused data analytics, around a single mission:

This mission is a direct response to ongoing efforts by the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the Office of Management and Budget(OMB) to reduce waste in Federal Agencies’ spending, establish transparency and accountability, and enable data-driven decision-making. Our mission is about transformation.

Our decisions are fueled by knowledge and our follow-through by skills. Abilities are the sum result, being to individuals what capabilities are to organizations, with the ability to learn topping the list. We seek the strongest individual KSAs to assemble the highest performing teams.
